What do I get with the purchase of my ticket?

The cost of your ticket includes high tea at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport in Richmond, taxes and gratuity. The high tea service includes exclusively blended Fairmont teas, petit sandwiches, tasty pastries, house-made scones and fresh seasonal jams with clotted cream. Guests are welcome to purchase additional beverages and/or food at their own cost.

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. If we have a wait list for tickets and a mom on the wait-list would like to purchase your ticket, we can help facilitate the transfer. Please get in touch if you are no longer able to attend the event.

May I use a gift card, certificate or Groupon towards the purchase of my ticket?

Tea21Moms is a private event. Tickets must be purchased through the Tea21Moms website. We are unable to accept gift cards, certificates or Groupons at this time.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the Fairmont Vancouver Airport High Tea is smart casual. We invite you to feel your best.

May I bring my child or baby?

This is a mom only event. We respectfully request that no children or babies attend the event. Moms with a prenatal diagnosis are welcome! We want this to be an afternoon about putting you first and having some "me time". 

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem! Simply send us an email and we will make sure the restaurant is advised well in advance. Our email is tea21moms@gmail.com.

What is Baskets of Love Down Syndrome Support Society?

Baskets of Love is a local non-profit organization that welcomes new families of a baby born with Down syndrome. Their goal is to provide comfort, support and resources to new parents by welcoming them to the Down syndrome community in a positive way.
